Initially, I booked a room with an extra bed, but later, as I had more company, I needed to change my booking to two rooms instead. Upon arrival, the hotel had prepared one room with twin beds and another with a king-size bed. I requested to have both rooms with twin beds, and the staff quickly accommodated my request, which I really appreciated. The staff clearly explained the services available. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we could see the pool from our balconies. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. There was an American breakfast where you could order eggs at the counter, as well as boiled rice and cooked rice for those who preferred local dishes. The coffee was fresh and delicious, and we especially loved the strawberry jam. It was truly worth the cost to spend our nights here.

The pool was fine, the gym was great, the breakfast was superb and the Onsen experience was just a bonus. The staff here were very responsive to all requests and spoke excellent English. It is difficult to fault our experience here.
